WORKING DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR
Starting pay is 45k-55k based on experience.
Supervisor Responsibilities
- Managing your teams' time and attendance in ADP.
- Evalute employee progress bi-annually.
- Daily team meetings and keeping team on task for daily throughput.
- Ordering of necessary items for your department.
- Tracking and managing daily incompletes.
- Learn how to operate and troubleshoot all machinery in your department.
Skills
- Ability to handle conflict with and amongst employees.
- Ability to be an active and positive leader by example.
- Quality and safety oriented.
- Drive a forklift (we offer certification classes).
- Basic computer literacy.
- Be actively on your feet for 8-10 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Our Supervisors are WORKING DEPARTMENT SUPERVISORS and are on the floor with their team in their department. At Glenny Glass we have 5 different departments: Cutting, Tempering, Fabrication, Insulated Glass, and Shipping.
Our departments are active on both 1st and 2nd shift, and the shipping team is active during the hours of 6:30pm-5:00am.
1st shift hours: 7:30am-4:00pm
2nd shift hours: 4:30pm-1:00am
Shipping hours: 6:30pm-5:00am
Our shifts fluctuate from 8-10 hours based on business need.
We work M-F with occasional Saturdays if needed.
