We’ve just installed a new Lammy Can (glass laminating kiln) in our Decorative Division building. Our new em>Lammy Can gives us the ability to manufacture laminated glass with an EVA interlayer. The Lammy Can is a 5 drawer system with a capacity of up to 250 SqFt of laminated glass per cycle. The glass is laminated under vacuum and heat for about 3 hours. We can laminate annealed, heat strengthened or tempered glass in any thicknesses using .015", .030" or .060" interlayers. Combine this with Glenny’s full fabrication capabilities and we can create just about any piece of laminated glass you can imagine…and even those you haven’t yet imagined. We can laminate fabrics, custom papers, natural fibers, printed PET films, metallic films, art glass, etc, etc.
