SL18A Between the Glass Blinds - Tilt Only
The SL20A incorporates a rugged rotary rare earth magnet assembly. The patented assembly is a magnetically coupled, gear driven tilt mechanism to operate the blinds. The blind can be operated with an externally mounted turn-knob or with a blind wand.
Slats are made of aluminum alloy 6010-T8, 12.5mm (.500") x .008" and are painted with a low emissivity paint with a polyester ultraviolet high resistant finish. A 3⁄4" air gap is needed for the blind to operate.
SL18C Between the Glass Blinds - Lift & Tilt
The SL20C incorporates a rugged rotary rare earth magnet assembly. The patented assembly is a magnetically coupled, gear driven mechanism to lift or tilt the blinds. The blind is operated using a cord loop and loop tensioner system. The cord rotates the external magnet, which drives an internal magnet with which it is coupled. Moving the cord loop down on the right or left outer magnet assembly will respectively lower or raise the blind.
